How AgentFund handles account and project data for the invite-only service.
We collect what we need to run the invite-only service: account identity from WorkOS (name, email, profile image, and GitHub or Google account id, depending on how you sign in), invite records, projects you publish, stars, and pledge/budget records if/when payments exist.
Sign-in is WorkOS AuthKit with Google and GitHub. If you use Google, we receive the profile information Google provides to WorkOS (typically name, email, and profile photo) so we can create or recognize your account. We do not use Google data for ads.
We use this data to authenticate you, enforce invite-only access, show your profile on projects you publish, record stars and pledges, and operate the project budget / payout path.
Hosting and processors: Railway (app and database), WorkOS (auth). A payments processor may be added later; we will update this page if that happens. We share data with those processors only to run the service, and if required by law.
We do not sell personal data. We do not train foundation models on private project content.
Access is invite-only. We may refuse or revoke an invite.
We keep account and ledger records for as long as needed to operate the service, handle disputes, and meet legal duties, then delete or aggregate them.
